It is that time of year again and adult industry webmasters from around the globe will be gathering at three of the best and most popular adult webmaster events on the right side of the Atlantic; Webmaster Access in Amsterdam, XBIZ EU in London and The European Summit in Budapest. Webmaster Access returns to Amsterdam

Webmaster Access Amsterdam is scheduled for September 20-23 and will be held at a new venue, the Doubletree Hotel. The event is free for affiliates, so don’t let that hold you back. This is a great show every year. I am making three sponsorship packages available; 100% of the photos for $3,750, 50% of the photos will be branded with your company logo for $2,000 or at 33% of the photos for $1,500.

It is that time of year again, the 14th Annual Phoenix Forum (TPF 2013) will be held April 4-7, 2013 at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel, in Tempe, AZ. This is the 9th consecutive year that the adult industry B2B event has been held at the Tempe Mission Palms, and every time we return it is almost like coming home. The staff is always cordial and helpful and I think they like having us as much as we like being there. PimpsPromo will be attending and photographing this year’s event, and this time the photos will be sponsored by merchant service provider, Mobius Payments.

A quick look at The Phoenix Forum 2013 schedule of events shows that many of the events we have grown to love are returning. This would include the seminars and workshops along with the Hooter’s Happy Hour, speed networking and the sponsor meet market. Of course the break stations and lunches will also be happening. Juicy Dodge Ball is replacing naked dodge ball, so it will be interesting to see what changes happen there. Beer pong will be returning after a year or two off. For those arriving early, the X2K Golf Tournament and the YNOT Grand Prix will both be held on Wednesday, April 3. (more…)

As we approach Thanksgiving and the Christmas holiday season it is easy to forget that not everyone has it as good as you do. In today’s economy those that are unable to afford even a Christmas tree, much less something under it, is higher than ever. This also effects the amount of donations received by charities set up to help the underprivileged. Luckily, for a relatively few families, Angels Giving Tree is there to help.

Established in 2011 and run by a couple adult industry veterans, Angels Giving Tree has the goal of helping as many families with children at the holidays as possible. Last year they raised $10,000 and helped give a better Christmas to about 200 children. Angels Giving Tree is a registered Not For Profit organization in Florida and they have applied for their 501(c)3 with the IRS.

The concept was started several years ago when Pattyecake and Todd “SexToyKing” Oster held their annual toy drive. In 2011 Todd died and Forest of Silver Cloud Design decided to take the ball and run with it. Local charitable organizations provide suggestions of families with children that need help and Angels Giving Tree uses the donations they receive to find and deliver the gifts to those that will truly appreciate it.
