Red Light Center is hosting the first ever adult entertainment virtual convention and PimpsPromo will be there to cover all the action. This three day event will be held February 24-26, 2012 and will be held in the utherverse. While this is not my first virtual trade show to attend or exhibit at, this is the first one that concentrated on the adult entertainment industry.

The Adult Entertainment Virtual Convention 2012 looks to be huge and will have everything you expect from a real world trade show, except maybe the convention crud that normally hits a couple days later. No reason for hangovers or large expense budgets either. In fact, it is free to register, so there really is no reason to not at least stop by and check it out.

A look at the expo’s schedule shows that Friday the 24th of February is an adult B2B event beginning at 10:00 AM (PST) and will include seminars, networking and even a Player’s Ball. Saturday and Sunday will be the B2C portion of the show, complete with meet and greets with famous pornstars, live sex shows, an awards ceremony and a large trade show floor with loads of exhibitors. The last I heard they were expecting an excess of 5,000 visitors to come through the virtual event.

The adult virtual convention is sponsored by XBIZ, Red Light Center and Pornstar Tweet. There are booths available for exhibitors for only $99, so the value should be easy to see. I would recommend registering early so you can set up your virtual self and learn to traverse the virtual world. Be sure to stop by the PimpsPromo.com booth in the green room, and have a virtual cocktail or handcrafted beer.
